Google was among the companies that donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund—a figure much higher than the $285,000 the company gave to inaugurations in 2016 and 2020. The company, which is facing two high-profile antitrust lawsuits brought forward by the Justice Department, may be attempting to win favor with Trump.
